Founded in 2025, TheaterPlatz Helvetia AG’s purpose is to:

Invest in and manage real estate in locations with magical and charming natural elements
Protect and enhance the traditional Swiss built environment
Have positive impact on the people who inhabit our spaces

Switzerland is a country of dramatic landscapes and strong cultural heritage. We firmly believe these should be protected. Our company prioritizes the cultural and aesthetic fabric of the areas we invest in. Our objective is to build a profitable business that is in tune with its environment.

Our name TheaterPlatz Helvetia originates from Theaterplatz in Luzern, which is a space where the city comes alive with various events and performances throughout the year. Here on Theaterplatz, magic abounds with performances from the Luzerner Theater, Fasnacht celebrations, sounds of bullwhips and cowbells during the Samichlaus procession, cheers for the families running in the Stadtlauf, and the subtle magic of a summer’s evening with the Reuss and Altstadt in the background.

At TheaterPlatz Helvetia, Switzerland is our stage to experience magic, and our properties have a front row to the show.

Living in Luzern since 2017. Raised in Hong Kong. Bachelors in Science in Physics & History from Yale and MBA from Kellogg School of Management. 15+ years of experience in investment, strategy and large-scale project management and transformation.

Drew Strellis

Living in Luzern since 2017. Raised in the USA. Bachelors in Science in Marketing from University of Illinois and MBA from Kellogg School of Management. 10+ years of finance and data analytics in the energy industry. Father of four great kids and a passion for architecture.
